Canon offers a vast array of support services associated with Canon software offerings. These support services, inclusive of telephone hotline support, electronic support through Canon’s Software Knowledgebase, FAQs and on-site technical support are all designed to assist customers in the seamless operation of Canon software implementations.

Telephone Hotline Support

Canon maintains telephone hotline support through a Technical Support Center with multiple locations throughout the United States. Canon’s Technical Support Center provides direct telephone support to Canon National Account and Government customers and indirect support to other customers who have purchased Canon software through a Canon Authorized Software Reseller. Canon’s Technical Support Center is available during normal business hours Monday through Friday excluding Canon and National holidays.
